About us

Why this name? What is our culture and our goals?

Fractale (Fractal in English):
Represent a similar structure for all scales.

Vision (Vision in English):
The act of picturing mentally. In general, its usage is related with someone's (and a group's) ideas.

We wanted the name of the company to symbolize the concretization of the vision on our products in any scale.

Added to that, the logo does not represent a prefect fractal structure (each geometric form, here which are the branches, needs to be perfectly identic at each level) because we believe a vision may need to adapt to certain criterias.

For example, the users may change and have different needs through the different products and scales and identical processes won't be able to please every colleagues.

Our values

Here are our company core values. If you believe in most of them, high chances that you will enjoy working together with us.

Thrive for the best.
Even if you are still learning, starting off your career or about to retire, you should have a can-do and want-to attitude which always helps innovate and reach goals.
Take responsibility.
You should own your tasks and be proud of them. Failing them should make you feel some kind of discomfort towards your personnal honor even if no real consequences will result from it. (i.e. offer quality teaching even if you are a tenured professor, wanting to do quality work even if you have complete job security and can't be fired from it, etc.) You should also not keep us in the dark if something goes wrong during the project at the early or mid start, because we can help or change direction if needed before it is too late. It is always possible to go a bit backwards to jump further afterwards!
Solo or collective.
If the current task allows it without disrupting business activity or the quality of your work, we are flexible with your work preferences. Whether you are more introverted and prefer to work alone or you are extroverted and enjoy teamwork with social interactions, both approaches are acceptable. However, it is essential to communicate your preferences so that everyone is informed.
Always learning.
You should have a particular liking towards education and/or learning new things. Even if some domains are without major changes (i.e. mathematics and physics), you would ideally want to find new ways to do your job in more efficient manners. This way, you may have a best work/life balance and more time on your hands, like what our products offer our users, to do what you like. If it is working, you could innovate your role and find ways to benefit the company.
Share your knowledge.
You should have a liking to discuss academic/knowledge related things and complement with others who are more knowledgeable in their respective fields to find different visions and make discoveries.
Enjoy downtime.
Even though we thrive by efficience, quality and innovation, mental health and well being is very important to us. You can take some time to discuss with your colleagues and do things you have in common, invest in yourself with activites you like and study if you wish.
